The only solution coming close was posts of people suggesting to log in to an Xbox console, which would update achievements. I looked everywhere on Reddit for a solution. However, for some reason, the achievements would not unlock for me. It had achievements for the PC version, and other people were unlocking them, as seen on the TrueAchievements tracker. The game that I had problems with was Dishonored: Death of the Outsider.
It seems there are several games on Game Pass for PC that seem to have stuck achievements. Being an achievement hunter, this was an incredibly frustrating issue for me. I am posting it here because I could not find any similar solution or guide anywhere on Reddit. I originally posted this as a comment on the TrueAchievements forums.
